Krista will show you how to design and hand build scoops and spoons using simple tools and two of her favorite methods that you can adapt to fit your style. You will build one spoon using a pattern you draft. You will form another spoon using slabs and coils. Krista will share important things to be mindful of when designing scoops and spoons. She will demonstrate the exact techniques she uses when building her own spoons, addressing concerns when it comes to finishing and glazing your spoons. Together we will discuss important strategies to keep in mind when it come to marketing and selling your spoons.
